District Control Centre for C-vigil App complaint is setup in Top Floor Zilla Conference Hall Gangtok which runs 24×7 . Citizen are requested to download the C-Vigil Citizen App from Playstore and report the Moral Code of Conduct Violation in their respective Assembly Constituency.
