Public Notice U/S 21 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013

The notice, issued by the Office of the District Collector, Gangtok, informs the public under Section 21 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (RFCTLARR Act, 2013) regarding land acquisition for the construction/improvement of Singtam–Dikchu Road (km 10.00 to km 32.70) by GREF. The project covers several villages under Gangtok District including Singbel, Dungdung, Tumin, Patuk, Rakdong, Raleykheysey, Samdong, Kambal, and Tintek blocks. Citizens and interested parties are invited to present objections or claims for compensation before the District Collector, Gangtok on 14 November 2025 at 10:30 AM in the Conference Hall of DAC Gangtok.
