Voting for the bye- election to the  legislative assembly of Sikkim will be held on 21 oct 2019. The notification for the election  released on 23 september 2019. The last date for nomination is 30 september 2019, date of scrutiny  is 01 oct 2019 and for  withdrawal  of nomination is 03 october 2019. The counting of votes is scheduled on 24 october 2019.
